Anyway, only 10 days from Vegas and dying sick so not good. Was on top of the heads up league with 3 games left and have lost first of the 3. With the guy now ahead of me having a bye in the last game due to TommyGunne not wanting to complete his games. So thats pretty much $2k min with possibility of 4k down the drain because of that loss. BLAH!!!

I however hace seriously high hope of bringing back a bracelet in one of the events. A cash isn't goo enough, I want the jewellery!

Don't like choosing jewellery so will be nice to have it chosen for me. 16 days to a bracelet imo!

Vegas shortly approaching

So not much poker has happened to me, have played the millions and warm-up most weeks for the last 3 months and done okay but not great. Got very deep once and still kind of gutted about what happened but c'est la vie.

Feeling the most confident about tournaments ever so I am feeling very good with Vegas approaching. Have sold off 15% of 4 wsop events I am playing and will have 100% of myself in the Venetian events so will update this during Vegas and then probably not post ever again

Heading to Pisa on Sunday, then Vegas the week after and then France when I return from there whenever that will be(going to extend dates I think). Just wanted to post here to let people know I'm winning a tournament this year, be it in Vegas or Ireland when I return I do not know. But a winner I will be

The Firm - Thought it was average but nothing special, Green Street definitely better

Orphan - Really enjoyed this!! Definitely recommend

I love you, Beth Cooper - Enjoyed this strangely enough, nothing major happens thats any different to any other one of these films. Hayden really cute though

The Invention Of lying - Was good up until the part where it starts going on about the 10 commandments, really wanted to turn it off(rare) after that

The Soloist - Wasn't in the mood so didn't pay attention tbh, seemed okay but slightly boring for my liking

tv show - black donnellys is unreal and recommend to all

Am playing the $250 Bank main event but apart from that I am not gonna be playing too much poker lately. Had a lot of stuff happen lately and just really don't want to be sucked back into the game. Time to waste my life watching films and playing flash games instead...

The Douglas Betting Guide

1. If you can't tell the difference between a woman and a tranny in Cork, then don't go to Thailand for the summer... that one's for you will

2. If you are playing roulette in a casino, get chips to bet. Bet on every single number except 0, then when they start rolling the ball take off all your bets and bet on 0 - you trick the ball and the wheel. The ball cannot see you changing your bets so you are a sure thing

3. If betting on greyhounds, always bet on the number 3 dog

4. If giving advice on betting, always pretend you know what you're talking about. It will make people like you more

5. Never play poker with sharks or fish if you don't like water dwelling creatures

6. Most important rule, always bet on the horse/dog that has a name you like

*Esb charged me double money by mistake meaning overdraft was not paid before the deadline which could end up higher rate for loans when older and stuff - fml

play station 3 completely broke as well as my home dvd system

*The 3 lads I was going to Vegas with all cancelled after so many promises(always gonna happen, never trust a poker player-need new friends).

*Also there is a wedding so had to change my flight details and since the lads are going I won't be renting the house so thats some money on a deposit gone. Basically, one of the worst months ever.

Have decided to go into complete isolation mode with no facebook, no msn, no phone, no girlfriend, I am going to deposit $1000 onto some site and play poker non fucking stop for days and days and actually do something good for once in my life

So... I blew it, once again!! haha.

I build up a big bankroll and blow it... ah well, its gonna come back :)

I got bankroll up to just over 20k and went to levels completely out of BR management and obv lost the lot. There was a lot of things in life that weren't going well but my own fault.
Have been depositing trying to build it up with shots at high stakes and got it back up to 9k and messed up again so decided I'm going to play unbelievably proper poker for the coming weeks!!! So if you see me at a table, I will actually be sane for once!

The actual challenge bankroll should be standing on 1.9k atm but I had to withdraw to book Vegas flights so I only have a few hundred inside. Need to get life together first before anything else

apartment is now infected by mice!!

Laptop still fucked

Omaha Manager has expired

Mastercard won't let me deposit to PokerStars

Friends house got robbed and my ps2 + other shit inside

Recently broken hand is fucked as well as one of my teeth due to a recent incident

People who owe me money aren't giving it back

and 20k downswing in 3 days

Thats my life in a nutshell, pretty sweet!

I am going to have a daily screen shot of my bankroll from now on from the first time I log on after 00:00 and upload that to here every few days. This is my only real way of keeping track of my winnings as omaha manager gone.

Next few comments will be more poker(will upload some hands) and less talk about me, I do love myself ya know

Have made $10k in the last month on 1/2 omaha which always helps the 100k goal!!!! haha



So I honestly think I've been playing the best tournament poker of my life in the last few sundays but running jj into aa, qq into aa, kk into aa, kk into aa and aa into kk all knocking me out I'm obviously in a nice loss there. Been playing good live poker(when not tired!!!!) and reads are very good lately so I am really hoping to keep this going for another few months. At the moment my laptop has been sent away so my poker will not be as frequent as I will be in an internet cafe where my first session was -2200 on 1/2!!!

I now know where a lot of my weaknesses are so thats a major thing so I'm gonna be keeping a nice sleeping pattern and a general nice life now!!
Booking Vegas stuff in the next week so thats going to be class when I have my gaff sorted!!
I won't be back playing properly until mid Feb so probably no updates on here until the end of the month but here's hoping the run continues :)
