Anyway, only 10 days from Vegas and dying sick so not good. Was on top of the heads up league with 3 games left and have lost first of the 3. With the guy now ahead of me having a bye in the last game due to TommyGunne not wanting to complete his games. So thats pretty much $2k min with possibility of 4k down the drain because of that loss. BLAH!!!

I however hace seriously high hope of bringing back a bracelet in one of the events. A cash isn't goo enough, I want the jewellery!

Don't like choosing jewellery so will be nice to have it chosen for me. 16 days to a bracelet imo!

So not much poker has happened to me, have played the millions and warm-up most weeks for the last 3 months and done okay but not great. Got very deep once and still kind of gutted about what happened but c'est la vie.

Feeling the most confident about tournaments ever so I am feeling very good with Vegas approaching. Have sold off 15% of 4 wsop events I am playing and will have 100% of myself in the Venetian events so will update this during Vegas and then probably not post ever again

Heading to Pisa on Sunday, then Vegas the week after and then France when I return from there whenever that will be(going to extend dates I think). So... I blew it, once again!! haha.

I build up a big bankroll and blow it... ah well, its gonna come back :)

I got bankroll up to just over 20k and went to levels completely out of BR management and obv lost the lot. There was a lot of things in life that weren't going well but my own fault.
Have been depositing trying to build it up with shots at high stakes and got it back up to 9k and messed up again so decided I'm going to play unbelievably proper poker for the coming weeks!!! So if you see me at a table, I will actually be sane for once!

The actual challenge bankroll should be standing on 1.9k atm but I had to withdraw to book Vegas flights so I only have a few hundred inside. Need to get life together first before anything else

I am going to have a daily screen shot of my bankroll from now on from the first time I log on after 00:00 and upload that to here every few days. This is my only real way of keeping track of my winnings as omaha manager gone.

So I'm very lazy when it comes to blog it has been established!!!

Have made $10k in the last month on 1/2 omaha which always helps the 100k goal!!!! haha

So I honestly think I've been playing the best tournament poker of my life in the last few sundays but running jj into aa, qq into aa, kk into aa, kk into aa and aa into kk all knocking me out I'm obviously in a nice loss there. Been playing good live poker(when not tired!!!!) and reads are very good lately so I am really hoping to keep this going for another few months. At the moment my laptop has been sent away so my poker will not be as frequent as I will be in an internet cafe where my first session was -2200 on 1/2!!!

I now know where a lot of my weaknesses are so thats a major thing so I'm gonna be keeping a nice sleeping pattern and a general nice life now!!
Booking Vegas stuff in the next week so thats going to be class when I have my gaff sorted!!
I won't be back playing properly until mid Feb so probably no updates on here until the end of the month but here's hoping the run continues :)

Ups and downs

Okay, so I played in Killarney where I have to think that the first day of play was my actual best EVER!!! Waterford I played very well but made a few mistakes but in Killarney I made none and every bluff worked, every value bet worked and everything just worked!!

Day 2 I messed up and should have laid 2 hands down on the final 2 tables but I wasn't playing to my level and messed up a great chance for myself. I think I should definitely cash in the near future in one of these events and feel unbelievably confident for Vegas atm. I just really need to improve my game when nearer to the money. Apart from that I am very happy

So I came back from Killarney around €1k in the hole after getting it in on 1/2 cash preflop for €250 when I shoved and was called by 55 and he spikes on river. I decide I'm going to grind sng's for a month and make that 1k back at least. I start playing sng's and do okay but the traffic is really horrible and I start playing omaha with money I deposit onto both stars and Full tilt and I am after making a hefty some. A lot of the time its gambling(only deposit to triple up or bust on full tilt :p) so its not a certainty I'm going to win or anything but I want to :)

I now have secured enough money in my neteller for Vegas!!! YESSSSSSSSSS

I have also sold 26%(pending) of my Vegas trip so that means I still have a bankroll for the next few months to blow/grind/spend :). I will be going to Clonmel end of this month for the coursing tourney and then up to Dublin for the satellite for the deep stack I believe. Going to keep somewhat bankroll management(still going to gamble on the high tables but keeping money safe in neteller with new deposit limits which are very low) so things are definitely on the rise

Summer Plan

So after breaking my hand twice in 2 weeks I thought I would think about my future for some reason and I have decided that 100k is going to be fun to have, harharhar

My new plan is to have $15k going to Vegas which at the moment is roughly €10.5k. I have tested the waters of selling %'s and it has not gone to plan so what I am going to do not is grind my way up!!

I currently have $1700 online and around $3k in cash I can spare after the upcoming Killarney tourney that is. So I have a few months to basically grind 10k... Gonna be very tough I think. Going to go into it big time on ptp and have a lot of stakes going for $20+ sng's and hopefully going to make around 3k before the start of April. Once I get into April I will decide what my next plan of action is.

Vegas this year is going to be class though, leaving Ireland on the 12th of June and coming back on the 5th of July with a minimum of 4 of us going for the full 3 weeks. Lovely gaff rented out too and will have a few friends coming to crash so it shall be an epic poker vacation!!!

Not going to be able to start my sng's until end of January as I am busy until then. On a side note I qualified for the 750k guaranteed on Full Tilt last night and will be playing that this Sunday for one last mtt score before the sng marathon.

so I actually got my graph in profit and then lost it again, hahaha. The graph itself is off by a few hundred because it doesn't track some of my games on entraction, am down over 1k overall but graph

Lot of reasons why I lost the money at the end there and from now on those reasons are going to be very limited. Feel under pressure because I have plans to go somewhere so I don't play as well is a main one and the other is messed up sleeping patterns. Should not have lost all that money after getting it back but I really just don't think ahead anymore. Am completely just going for a big score and I am an idiot. Have a job for the next 2 months so the poker is going to be limited but I am going to play a lot after january again to try for this goal. Kind of have given up for no reason really, haha. Hope all is good for all you blog readers out there xx

not updating graph or anything(because I went on a drunken downswing), but the basic update is that I split a pub game for €40 profit, best result of the week!!

Am now heading up to the IPO thing in Dublin in 30 minutes on a flight, gonna get a taxi whenever I finish writing actually... I honestly think I have gotten less than 20 hours sleep in the last 7 days, I could be wrong but 20 from 168 honestly sounds right. I'm going up pretty drunk/hungover and have opted for a bathrobe instead of a hoodie as its very very comfortable, also have a naggin in my pocket but don't tell the people in charge!!

Been a while since my last post, mostly because I had nothing to show for it apart from an empty wallet!!

Plans for the future are the same as always, haha. I have a serious amount of outcome as I am eating out every day, rent is very expensive and am drinking a fair bit nowadays so I need to have a +1500 month to cover all that really. Going to Dublin for a tourney this weekend, if I don't win it(which I think I should) I'm gonna go to the cash games and crush the scene like a mean machine and be up at least 2k for the weekend. So I got my €750 for rent and then only had 300 or so left in my eyes account, so I went for the gambooling :p. Didn't work out, so now I am after going onto ptp for some money and the grind is back on, going to put in a lot of hours(after Sunday) and going to be playing a lot of sng's!!!

alrite, kind of annoyed because entraction hand histories are not going into my omaha manager anymore so can't look at or upload my graph which is very annoying!!

Basic update is that I have been playing .50/1 and 1/2 omaha cash and being honest... being playing it really bad!

Just totally gambling on the tables instead of grinding which I really should be. Have had a few donations but thankfully haven't donated much, just gambled :p. Have somehow managed to be in profit of 650 from my 200 deposit in the last 4 days so most of my losses from the last session are back. Am going on the holdem manager site and emailing Irish Eyes for me to keep track of my progress cause right now its not really great!!

Other updates, am trying to get my bankroll to over 3k and then I shall go deposit hunting as welll as IrishEyes, its looking like I will be getting 500 rakeback in 2 weeks time so thats a nice bit towards it. Am now an affiliate so whoever wants to join through me I will have something on my page and I can get you a minimum of 30% rakeback, message me if you want to know more.

Am going to be playing in the IPO in Dublin on the 16th of October but no confidence as am playing the worst poker of my life, and will also be going to both Ireland vs Italy and Ireland vs Montenegro that week :D. And even though I haven't watched wrestling in years I am tempted to go to the Undertaker's "Rest In Peace" Smackdown event as it would be a shame to never see it/him in person :p

So, went into the internet cafe and in the space of an hour lost around €550... was pretty devestating!!
came in in a bit of a gambling mood but managed to get it in ahead almost all of the time so that was pretty damn annoying!!
played a sng session on stars too, where I lost with so many beats in the first level and then bubbled the $33 and $11 games I was playing with pretty horrific plays against me!

really shitty day to be fair, just lost a fair few races in a short time and I guess I don't have the bankroll for gamboooling

the hand history here doesnt really work right, basically he made it 7 preflop and got it in for 70 or so post flop and hit runner runner, one of 3 times this particular guy did it to me

Slowly getting more profit

Well I have been given a laptop by a friend which is good!! but my internet provider is shocking and I have disconnected on more than 20 times so after all the hassle I am now going to have to somehow cancel the contract and get a new company to give me an 8month one, yuk!!

So while I was playing on this stupid connection I lost around €150 on eyes and made roughly 80 on full tilt, which is now invested on ptp!
And then in a half an hour session on eyes today I made around 250 so I'm back in more profit :D. Can't wait to actually have working internet, I am going to put in some serious hours on sng's mtt's and cash games for 2 weeks straight until I am sick of poker but have a serious profit!! :p

Another set-back

So I go into soundstore today and ask about my laptop, wondering if it will be back in the next coming days... 3 weeks minimum!!!
So I am now stuck to playing in an internet cafe for the next 3 weeks yet again, yuk!!
I go in there when I am very tired, amen't thinking right and gamble in there too much!! So I am just hoping to not blow what money I have at the moment and hopefully be in a small profit in 3 months. Will be mostly backing players on ptp until my laptop is back I think.

Here is the summary of the last 2 days anyway
invested $150 on ptp yesterday
made another €131 on Irish eyes today in a short time, going to have to put in a long session soon in order to get free internet again next month.

So far I am up almost €300 playing .50/1 in around 5 hours of play, can't really complain. Need to play more soon though!!

100k Grind Begins

So I said I would start on the 20th of September and here it is... with a lot of hiccups

Still no internet in the house, my laptop had to be shipped away for repairs for 3 more weeks and my bankroll is pretty low as I spent loads and got nothing back :p

So, I shall be getting dole money very soon, I will hopefully be getting rent allowance at some point soon and I am thinking of renting out my spare bedroom in the flat so that my rent is low too :)

at the moment my bankroll is around 2k, haven't counted it and not going to.. This grind is 100k profit, not 100k roll. I will be taking all rent money and living expenses(apart from ipo buyin as thats already been paid for) out of the winnings so its going to be pretty tough

First day has been pretty sad, I played on eyes in low stakes mtt's and didn't do great, then went onto full tilt and did a hit and run on a cash table after playing a rebuy tourney... boring day really.

Irish eyes profit/loss(no rakeback at the moment): +€72

Full Tilt profit/loss: +$140

So my plan is simple enough, I am going to be playing on Irish eyes until the 1st of October with minimal rakeback, maybe even until the 15th of October(will confirm at a later date), will be playing on full tilt with 27% rakeback. When I get my laptop back I will be bonus hunting on many sites which should help with the grind

So I get my bankroll up to 30k ish again... and once more, blow the lot in the space of 24 hours... Then get it back up to 5k and blow that again, going on a holiday next week which I have spent all my spending money for which is pretty standard/annoying for me.. So I have decided to make a few goals for myself. Not putting them all up as some are a MUST for me and it will be a lot better with the surprise!

Goal 1: Make 100k in the next year, this is a goal I have constantly tried to achieve but because I'm such a moron I keep getting to a point where it looks possible and blowing the lot. Really want to get life in a proper track and get this in the next year and be able to relax for a while

Goal 2: Get a star on sharkscope. Only a small goal but I really want to have a star on there again under my own name

Goal 3: Final table the $3 rebuy on stars. I have come agonisingly close on multiple occasions only to get 3 outer beats on the final 2 tables twice. I know I can final table this so hoping I can do it

Goal 4: Make a calendar to remember everyone's birthday as I always forget and also buy my nieces and nephew a trip to Disneyland

Goal 5: Cash a WSOP event, I'm planning on going back and playing 2x$1500 events and 2x$2000 events so hopefully 1 cash isn't out of the question

Goal 6: Stop blowing more than 40 buyins in one day!

Goal 7: Get a license or move to a city with a big casino so I can play live poker

Goal 8: Go on a hot air balloon in Malmo

Goal 9: Run better(on and off the poker tables)

Goal 10: Get more blog fans

Goal 11: Get on the top 10 winners in the previous on Irish eyes.

My play will be on many sites. Most of it will be on Irish eyes but I am planning on having money on at least 4 different sites and try and do something proper this time and make a proper run at this long time goal of mine

noone reads this anyway so not sure why I am updating, for looking back in a month and laughing at myself really :D

anyways, since vegas.... I have been crashing in a friends house... haha
I needed to get a bankroll together again after the mishap with being robbed and tilting and such... so here I am again, with a bankroll :D

Story behind the comeback:
Go down to Waterford, play in the satellite for the waterford masters last weekend, end up winning a ticket and playing in the main event. The tourney started on Friday and I ran pretty bad, 15k starting stacks and overall in the whole day I had around 4-6 spots where I was a minimum of 50% in 10k+ pots and won 0 of them. Had a fun guy in Tom Kitt next to me for the whole first day and some of the 2nd which was cool as we were discussing how bad everyone was, haha. Ended the day on 9600 and was really happy with it!

Knew I could come back with some good poker and that I did, :P. Went back Saturday and got an early double up by getting a player to check raise me all in by looking weak(he was new to the game and didn't know I was pretending to be weak, was really funny :D). Then I move to a table that was packed full of big names, and it took me no time to make a move... lol
First hand in and I make a decent raise with crap utg+1 and get 2 callers, I fire big on the flop and get a caller. I fire again on the turn and he thinks about it for ages, very close to shoving me in but I get away with it :D.
After that I just took a lot of blinds and creeped my way back into it, my exit of the tourney was the only thing I was not pleased with when I bet and shoved all in on top of his raise with just an open ender. Wasn't much equity but was just after the pot, did not need to and will be a mistake I will fix in the future. So after I lost I went to cash as I was delighted with how I was playing, ended up around 800 for the weekend from cash. :D, so that was a good start. I then paid back a loan I had and threw 200 into Irish eyes, which is now at 4k... So thats a lot of .50/1 grinding for a week, hehe. And then on saturday I took down a tourney with 1599 runners for 7k... deeeeeeeeeelighted!!!
Have now got a new house for 750 a month and getting an i-phone this week at some point too. :). and will go to some other country min september after the wsoop's are on as I would love a big cash there.
thats all really, just back in business with a plan to take over the poker world!

Bad in Vegas, Bad since Vegas

On my return home I wasn't sure what to do, didn't have much money and nowhere to stay... so was in a crossroads, decided to go for broke, try and make a few k to live off for a few months without the hassle of playing poker... I RAN BAD!!!
only had around 2k left online and as you can see from the graphs, I lost most of it... and the rest went to paying back a loan from Vegas... ah well, what can I do!!

still homeless, and still unsure of the future to be honest... but must settle down now, have to be around the missus loads now for obvious reasons so I guess poker is gonna take a backfoot... might actually get a job.... so.... if this is never updated... I have a job, and have taken away internet for the fear of playing poker yet again!!!!

well well well... the trip was fun :)
it started off strange, first hand ever dealt in Vegas was pocket aces.... which was class!!
but ended that night down $1500 after getting it all in preflop with ak vs kq and kj for a 2k pot and lost to both... so that was a downer

next 2 weeks were unreal, no losing sessions in about 20... which was great, played well and ran well so I couldn't complain.. Hung out with 2 swedes who were making loads online but new to live, so we drank quite a lot and went out a bit. Then the bad thing happened and my money was goneeee.... in the space of 2 days I went from having around 14k to.... $3.20, bit of a bad swing I guess. At least I had already bought into some wsop side events so I got to play 2 events there :). got aces cracked in both all in pre, both standard hands where they hit their 2 outers so wasn't too annoyed as it was just bad luck and nothing could be done. Took me a week or so but bumped into Neil Channing and he sorted me out with some real $ for online so I could survive :)

then it was time for the ladbrokes package to come into effect, 3 satellites for the main event of the WSOP and every single one.... I was so gutted about!!
first event, got up to 20k pretty early, wasn't playing great poker I have to admit but I stopped spewing after the first break at least, I got a sick sick 3 outer after a sick call with a-10 high, and he turned over a3, that was a 32k pot so I was pretty screwed. Doubled up after and then ran 83 into a7 battle of the blinds :P. eventually got back up to 18k again, someone raises to 4k with 750/1500 blinds and I shove for 18 with aq, his 8's held. Didn't need to push and to be honest was a tilt push, kinda thought at best I was racing but was still fuming over previous hands... oh well

2nd satellite.. so sick, only 1 hand of relevance
I have ~8k, blinds are 150/300. Utg+1 makes it 800 to go, mp calls, and with ante's in there I decide I am getting pot odds with j9 diamonds from the bb :p.
flop comes down 8-6-3, with 2 diamons, I bet out 2100, utg+1 folds and the mp shoves me all in
I obviously call... he turns over... js-10c.... yup... j high
turn comes 9s, river qh... just cruel!!!!

3rd satellite is actually the best poker I played in Vegas, actually had a few guys(random guys who were also playing) come over to me after I busted and say that they were very impressed with how I played. Really lifted my spirits after a bad trip in general, those spirits were obviously crushed by everyone on boards in the hours that followed obviously.

basically, the side events went bad... and I finished early, the cash went great, but the money went byebye, and the satellites went mediocre, but no outcome.. happy with my play, and with the trip :)

going back to Ireland in the coming days now, relax, find a new place to stay, and decide if I will grind online, or play live events around Ireland and get great results. Think the latter is a must :).

ok, so after running kk, qq, qq, jj into aces, as well as qq into kk in the space of 8 hours I am now retiring from Vegas poker, I have ~$20 left.... without my accomodation paid for.... yup, what a life!!

honestly just ran bad followed by playing like a moron, missed a 21 outer with 2 cards to come(it was all in preflop I admit) for a $1400 pot on 2/5 which was one of the highlights of yesterday, hand was so funny

k-q diamonds utg, I make it 20 to go, get 2 callers and someone makes it 110, I shove for ~650 and he calls with 77, flop comes j-10-8 with 2 diamonds, turn 10 river 2, funny stuff :)

there is a bbq tomorrow in neil's house which should be alrite, lot of alcohol to be consumed. but to be honest I haven't really eaten over here and passed out on the bus yesterday which isn't very healthy...

to top everything off this week, the robbery, the losses, the beats, everything!
I was in a blackjack tourney, free to enter with 20k for the winner, over 1500 for the final table

my first table was very easy and we didn't even need the 24 hands to go through, the 2nd table was the next day... got through that but barely, $100 guaranteed, after the game I asked what round is this and when, she replied its on at 12:45 and its the semi-finals, I replied with... "will the finals be on right after it tomorrow?", which she responded with yes. So I left the hotel... the semi-finals were on at 12:45 today.... I missed them, I was guaranteed $100(gonna try and get that tomorrow) but they all seemed to be slightly dumb in my other tables and was very confident with so few left that I could make at least 1k!!!

Really really annoyed at this, probably one of the worst weeks of my life to be completely honest :(

I now have less than $1k to my name over here and have not got accom paid for... was really hoping for a sick result in that tourney and honestly I did kind of expect a big win... Really upsetting day for me

back to Ireland now where I will not be playing poker for a living anymore. Life is tough

This is probably one of the funniest and strangest hands in my life... still dumb-founded by this to be honest

I have a stack of ~$1100 and I am in the cutoff, opponent here is utg + 2 and has ~$650

Villian makes it $10 to go from early position, gets 1 caller and I make it 45 to go with 3-4 clubs
I get 2 callers(bb and villian), flop comes down 10c-10h-5c, it gets checked to me and I lead out with $75, bb folds and utg +2 makes it 190 total
the guy has been trying to take down so many pots against me by just doing small min raises on the flop, was really funny. I did have him on 8-8 here though and was worried about a call if I shoved, but I did it anyway......

I have fucked up, between running absolutely shockingly bad in cash and roulette(just 800 at the end), I am pretty much busto, also being robbed for a few k kinda cost me dearly, messed up scenario where I dropped one of my room keys when drunk and someone picked it up and followed me into the room where I was passed out, thankfully I still had ~3k left which I preceded to lose in the following 48 hours on 1/2 with a $300 max buyin, thats right, I am a pro!!

don't even have a room sorted for all of my nights yet so am not sure what I am gonna do but am fucking annoyed about so many things in life in general, new scene is definately in order for me when I leave Vegas

so I arrive in Vegas and my first ever hand in the Sahara I look down at 2 red aces and take down a pot with a 3bet, things looked to be good :D

since then, I have lost a 1k pot in the wynn at 2/5 against q9 spades when he straddled got 4 callers, I make it 110 to go, he calls and the rest fold

flop comes q-9-6 all clubs, I bet out 140 he snap shoves for 520, I look down at my cards and see ace of clubs and snap call and he holds

I lose a 1k pot in the stratosphere with aces against kings all in preflop 2 days ago for a 900-1k pot

and I lost a 750 pot with aces against a2 in the stratosphere, in fairness I did play this one kind of bad, it is just very frustrating when this constantly happens!!
if it wasn't for my sick calls and value bets I would honestly be in a big hole, have realised they are my strong parts of my games, sick calls, sick bluffs and even sicker value bets. When I run good I don't make that much money because of the way I play, my bet sizes need to be different as does my general play(check calling instead of check raising with monster hands, just let the bluff!!). So hopefully if I can run good along with keeping up my reads in the coming days I will make 2k before this Tuesday and play event 32, even if I don't make 2k I will still play it unless I take a big hit in the next few days

played cash for the last few days and pretty much broke even, made big stacks on every single game only to run aa into kk for a 1k pot, and qq into kk last night for a 1k pot, and I swear I was going to leave but the donkey had a lot of chips(turned out he had kk), so I decided to stay and the very next hand that happened, pretty much couldn't fold it to be honest

So, I am playing some of the worst poker I have in years this week, last 4 days am playing horrible!! but am still up around 500 from poker(-3k from roulette however). Was going to play the 1500 event today but wanted to sleep instead so stayed in bed, not sure if I will play any more events this year, kinda disappointed with my plays lately, every read is wrong and every move is wrong!!

Its kinda sick over here.... I am hanging out with 2 Swedish guys who are playing high stakes online, pretty fucking high!!!
and both of them think I am the best live player they have ever played against... Which is a sick compliment really(even though they only ever really played online). So my ego is obviously big after that..... butttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt, its now even bigger...

flop comes Qs-8c-7s, checked to me, I fire out 10, sb calls(one of the swedish guys) and Yang reraises to 50, I had already bluffed Jerry twice in the last 15 hands and showed so I know he isn't good enough to know if I have it or not
I make it 130 to go, sb folds(aq) and Jerry thinks about it for a while.... announces, okay you call me with your flush draw and goes all in for ~300
I call him thinking I am ahead(and that he is a bit of a fool :D)

river comes 6s

He announces "thats so sick" when the 6s comes on the river, I announce 2 pair and he is gobsmacked, he mucks his hand(before I show my 2 pair) and I show and take it down. He goes off in a huff

almost positive it was kq he had... who knows :D

on another note, played the 2k event and didn't last long, made a big move and got called by a guy who was pretty bad and was hitting everything, was a really dodgy call by him and I still had 14 outs but missed, ah well

made just over half of the money back since so hopefully I can make that and another bit back and play the $1500 event on June 11th

cash has been going well, apart from the session I am just after having my reads have been almost perfect, but today I played horrid!!

here is a hand that drove me insane after

I get 88 in cutoff, there is a button straddle(new to me too), sb folds, bb calls, next to act calls, mp2 raises to 16, I call, button call, sb calls utg calls

flop jh-7s-4c, check from sb, check from utg, mp2 bets out 25, I call, button calls, sb calls and utg folds

turn kh, mp2 bets out $10, I call, button shoves for $209, sb folds, mp2 starts talking about how he had a draw and folds(really annoyed me at the time). I think about it for ages and fold, really really wanted to call, put him either on k7, k4, 9-10 or a bluff..
he turned over 45, I was sickened

I was tilting so I went and lost 3-500 online of course
I then lost in the bubble round of a big heads up thing with Irish people due to rushing to pack and girlfriend being annoyed that I was playing the last day I was in Ireland... yay

Come to Vegas, stay in a shit enough place called the Sahara... Lose 1500 in the cash games which were actually ultra soft, I played really bad but the biggest pot was all in preflop for 1800 total pot was me all in with ak hearts vs kq off and kj off. some guy was shoving every single hand so it was a snap call, I come out in 3rd... ah well is all I thought, but.... thennnnnnnnnnnnnnn

the fucking 1k event was sold out!!! its the only reason I came over this early and it is completely sold out, I tried ringing them last night but there was no answer. So now I am going to book some shitty ass place to stay and cry myself to sleep for a few weeks, annoying fucking shit!

Whenever I have big tournies coming up, I go fucking mental!!! Its just something I do, like at the moment I am pissed off because I am owed over 1k and cannot seem to get it back the days people are promising, so I am fucking freaking out at them. Decided to update this finally... It has been a while, and a lot has happened

Rough update
*Turned $1.82 into 300 on Full Tilt in 3 hours of omaha
*Doubled my stars bankroll to give me a slightly less horrid bankroll for vegas
*I have booked flights from london to vegas(not cork to london or accomodation for Vegas just yet apart from the last week)
*I have withdrawn from BlackBelt as it was way too time consuming for me
and thats about it

for the next week I shall be collecting all the debts people owe me, packing all my stuff for vegas as well as getting some sort of backback or suitcase to take it in, and hopefully making 3k online(not going well today, getting crushed and tilting really bad!)

thats about it really, will be in Vegas the 29th of May until the 5th of July and will probably get very very bored while I am over there but will enjoy myself no doubt :D

Edit: I am going to upload some of the biggest hands I have been in in the last week or two, there are a lot of sick ones(for example I just won a $411 pot in omaha with a pair of 7's) which hopefully will be a great viewing :D

www.blackbeltpoker.com is the site, its an intense 4 week test. 50 players with 8 getting 20k for Vegas... and I am one of them, and one of the least confident ones!!

obviously in the back of my mind I have the feeling that the 8 are already chosen and they are just doing this for promotional purposes but I choose not to believe that as I really want this chance :p

Really hope at the end they show all the players graphs and give the reasons within the trial period as to why they chose them, otherwise I will feel really annoyed as I have to fly over and back from London every Thursday... Don't get me wrong, I am not doubting them at the moment, but with the work I'm about to put into this I expect the same chance as anyone.

Lack of Poker about to change, big month coming up

Alrite, update is that I have been selected to be one of 50 players to get a chance at BlackBeltPoker's new promotion. They are basically going to send 8 players to the World Series, and I have a small chance at this. There are a lot of problems for me though, it looks like its mostly cash games(which I don't play online), there are workshops that are mandatory in London every Thursday for 6 hours.... And I also have to play 6 hours every Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday-and either saturday or Sunday.... Which is pretty fucking sick....

Minimum of 4 tables at a time and each week you have to move up limits. Not too sure that my bankroll can even afford this challenge but I really do have to try it.... I haven't been playing much lately for a lot off reasons, but now it looks like I have to put in som sick hours... Meaning I can't drink, can't hang out with the girlfriend too much and can't play ps3 :(

I also have to get pokertracker and holdem manager for this.... Prettyyy sick!!!

On the plus side I'm going to Old Trafford this weekend for their game against Spurs as I have to be in London next Tuesday I thought I might as well go to Manchester game first then get a 4 hour train up... Makes sense to me

I now have to grind my ass off on stars the other days that I am not on the challenge to make up for losses on the cash games(its a likely-hood). No matter how much I am down on the challenge I am gonna keep playing though...

Lost just under 1k in live cash last night, had been drinking but that honestly didn't affect the play, I was tired but the hands just played them selves, lost buyins on 10-10 vs aq aip(all in pre), 77 vs 78 and a-10 aip and then went to omaha, bought in with 350 at the start, after i limped the button for €2, with aa-7-5 1suit, flop comes Ad-Kc-6d, it all goes in on the flop against a young moron(im not being nasty, its true). He says, "I have a set of kings", I replied with I have aces, have you got diamonds. He goes no

Turn 5 diamonds, he has the nut flush. He obviously had to shove anyway just saying he didn't(because he is a moron) just pissed me off

rebought and couldn't hit, eventually got it all in pre with 9-9-7-6 double suited flop a flush draw, turn an open ender and lose to pair of kings :(

Oh well, Vegas definately isn't going to be what I thought. I am still going but now I think it will just be 2/3 events.... :(

Thought I would update this again, I went on a big downswing around my old birthday, not sure if it was the booze or the tiredness but it went reallyyyyyyyyy bad....
have now managed to turn the downswing around, in profit again now. have over $350 staked in other players on parttimepoker.com and am making more money on stars as the days go by

The challenge I set for Vegas is going to be unreal tough, I have also decided I might be going to Latvia to play in an event at the beginning of May. Want to get out of the country for a few days and also want a live tournament before Vegas, so I might hit it, will have a proper blog entry after the win. I mean trip

Through sharkscope I know now I only played 14 sessions!!!! 1k profit in 14 sessions, thats pretty cool. around 3 to 3 and a half hours per session(thats a lottttt of poker!!) so have put in around 40 hours of poker in the last 4 days. averaging $25 an hour... thats so class!!! :D:D:D

hey again peeps, thinking about becoming proper famous and making this blog bigggg. Thats how I rollie-o fo sho

anyways, i decided to change to 27/18 man sng's as I was getting way too bored with the 6man before and 9 man isn't for me... and omaha cash is just where people go instead of GA. so here it is, my plight...
playing just $5 and $10 sng's, i plan to make top 20 in BOP(battle of planets) then go on to win it. Thats all really, plus i seem to be making a decent profit, i am averaging $1 per sng and getting 20 in every 2 1/2 hours of play. So its just under 10 an hour but I am playing $5/$10 games so im happy.

alrite, well that was fast. i went full rolling ftl(for the lafffff) and lost it all. got it in ahead on full tilt and behind on betfair after he outdrew me on the turn for most of the stack and lost like 1k altogether

gonna have to re-evaluate the situation now and see what happens. gonna mess around for the next few days until wednesday really as thats when the new month begins and the grind starts :)

ok well I kinda blew up, woke up yesterday morning and the gf left
so i went to $5/$10... had 1200 in my stars account and like 14 in my betfair, stars went bust and betfair down to 400.... well that was stupid!!!

im gonna put more money in and try and control my bankroll(hahaha) and make like 40k before the summer. thats the plan :)

oh and update this blog more too!! the misses is gone away for 6 days so there will be a lot of poker as long as i dont blow the roll :)

took a small dent near the end, got 2 bubbles that really shouldnt have been bubbles, lost around 6/8 60/40's and then ran j-10 into kings through frustration.
graphs are like this, the first one is on a friends account, only played 4 games, the other one is mine, i didnt play much cause of the gf but a decent week all the same. moving to betfair now next week i think :D

i need to be more consistant for sure but im not too upset with the drop at the end, will come back later and play before the champions league!!

full tilt sng's are a lot more different to merge and its more of a crapshoot in my opinion... so i need to get a proper connection and get playing again :p
